Weekly group exercise classes called Strong Bones focus on exercises which improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and body awareness.
- Online classes are available in Monthly, Weekly, and Single bundles.
- You must purchase a password to view the classes.
- Passwords are displayed at completion of purchase – be sure to SAVE IT!
Note: Resistance bands will be used in lieu of free weights on 4/2, 4/11, and 4/23. Foam rollers will be used as well, but are optional.

April 2024 Community Classes
Community classes provide Saturday only access (you choose the Saturday) to a previously recorded Strong Bones class at a highly discounted price point (See Step 3 below for details). You can view this class from 12:00 AM until 11:59 PM during the Saturday of purchase.

On the day of class, come back to this page and follow these steps

- Select the password type that you purchased
- Click “Submit” button
- Enter the password
- Click the link in the invitation page to join the class

Class Recordings
Recordings of classes will be made available by the following day.
Single class passwords allow unlimited views of the class for an additional 7 days after the “live” class was recorded.
Weekly passwords provide a single password that works for both classes in the same week. The password allows unlimited views of either class for 7 days after the “live” class was recorded.
Monthly passwords provide a single password that works for all classes recorded that month. Unlimited views of that month’s classes are available for the entire month. All classes can be viewed for at least 7 days after the “live” class was recorded.
Community passwords provide single day access to a previously recorded Strong Bones class at a highly discounted price point (Saturdays only). The goal is to provide a wider community of people the ability to participate. The recording may be viewed as many times as you wish during the one day it is offered.
