Needs legal review before launch

This is a plain-language outline based on the legacy site's policy. It must be reviewed and finalised — particularly around payment processing and analytics — once the subscription portal decides its providers.

What we collect

If you join the mailing list, we store the email address and any name you give us, so we can send you the monthly blog and class news. If you buy a class or a video, we store what you bought and the details needed to fulfil it. A message sent through the contact form is emailed to Joanne and nothing more — it does not add you to the mailing list.

Who handles it for us

The mailing list is run on Mailchimp, so an address you submit to the signup form is stored there. Signing up through the newsletter form sends you a confirmation link first. If you leave the newsletter box ticked when you create an account, you are added straight away. Either way, every email has an unsubscribe link.

Embedded content

Some pages include content from other sites — video players, for example. Those sites can collect data about you in the same way they would if you visited them directly.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone except the providers needed to run the classes and send the emails.

Getting your information removed

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. If you want your information removed entirely, email jpfagerstrom@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
