How the course works

Everything happens on this site. Buy once, watch when it suits you, take the exam, download your certificate.

  1. Step 1

    Enroll and pay

    Choose Enroll, create an account (or sign in), and pay securely by card. Your receipt arrives by email and the course opens straight away — no waiting for a login to be sent.

  2. Step 2

    Watch the seven sections

    Each section is a video lecture with a downloadable handout. Watch in any order, pause and come back — the player remembers where you were. The full reference list is under Materials.

  3. Step 3

    Take the online exam

    Twenty-one multiple-choice questions, three per section. You see which ones you missed, and you can retake the exam as many times as you need to reach a passing score.

  4. Step 4

    Download your certificate

    As soon as you pass, enter the name (and licence number, if you have one) you want printed and download a PDF certificate of completion to submit for continuing-education credit.

  5. Step 5

    Tell Joanne what you thought

    A short survey at the end helps shape the next edition of the course. It takes about two minutes.

How long do I have?

Course materials are available from the time of purchase through December 31, 2026. The videos can be replayed and the test retaken as often as you like within that window.

Continuing-education credit

The course is approved by the Pennsylvania State Board of Physical Therapy for 7 contact hours. Therapists licensed elsewhere should check with their own board; the certificate lists the approving body, the approval number and the hours.
