Before you join

Is this the same as the live class recordings?
No. This is a separate two-hour program that you own. The recordings of the Tuesday and Thursday live classes come with a class membership.
Should I choose the DVD or the flash drive?
The two hold the same program. Choose the DVD if you have a DVD player you like using, and the flash drive if you would rather play it from a computer or TV with a USB port.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. The video ships within the United States only.
