Before you join

Can I join at any time?
Yes. There is no introductory or starting class you need to take first. Instructions are given in every class as though everyone is new, so you can begin whenever you're ready. The monthly membership doesn't have to start on the 1st, either — your month begins the day you join and renews on that date each month.
What if I'm not available at the live class time?
Every class is recorded. Recordings are posted the same day, and you can watch them as many times as you like while your access is active.
How does billing work? Can I cancel?
No long-term contract. The monthly membership renews automatically until you cancel, and you can switch plans or cancel anytime from your account. The weekly pass and single class are one-time payments that never renew. Recordings stay available for the classes you’ve paid for.
