Online Roller Classes
This Strong Bones class uses resistance bands instead of dumbbells, and foam rollers are incorporated into a portion of the floor exercises.
Classes can either be viewed “live” or as video recordings.

$10 per class
$40 per month

Class Recordings
Recordings of classes will be made available by the following day.
Individual class passwords allow unlimited views of the class during the week it was recorded.
Monthly passwords allow unlimited views of all classes recorded that month for the entire month.
Online classes allow us to participate together while in-studio classes are on hold.
